Long night

Tonight we went over to T-n-A's house for lobster and pumpkins. Aaron cooked up the tails into a spicy jamaican/thai sauce and served it over rice. It was delicious.

After dinner we carved up the pumpkins we picked up earlier. When we were almost done with our pumpkins, A said maybe this time next year someone would be having a baby..... I said well, maybe... One of our first encounters with not telling friends about our little bun in the oven situation.

When we got back into the house from pumpkin carving, we found out T's dad wasn't doing so well. They made the long drive to Arizona. It really makes you think about the importance of family. It makes you think about a lot of things.
Picked up Muffs from the trolley station late this evening. She updated us about her current situation with her lawyer and his bright ideas. I was telling Aaron that everytime I start to think about how my life is rough sometimes, it really isn't all that bad. I'm really thankful for what I have. I have great friends and family. I have a lot of love in my life. I can't wait to share it with the little one.
