Excited bouncing
I've been waiting for this to happen for what seems like forever. At Kaila's two month appointment Dr. Upton said that she would soon discover her hands and kinda stare at them in amazement. I was starting to worry that maybe she wasn't on track developmentally, but she seems to be doing everything else alright. She sucks on her hands like nobody's business, but never really looked at them... until now!
It's all too common for Kaila to spit up. She nonchalantly spits up curds of formula and goes about her business while we frantically look for something to clean her up with.
Kaila's been rolling around her crib for a while, now. In the morning we'll find her head pointing in the opposite direction of where we placed her to sleep face down instead of face up. She's also been grabbing her feet a lot lately. In this video you'll see her rolling around grabbing her feet and screaming a lot (which she does all. the. time.). She's a little girl and loves to voice when she's frustrated or unhappy with where she's at. She really just sounds angry. She enjoys her activity center but starts screaming after a while. We're not sure if she's doing it out of frustration or boredom or what, but she is not shy about letting us know either way.
